On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Belleview High School standout Lynnay Howard’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bluefield State Big Blue.

The game took place at Sue Morris Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Big Blue this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12:15 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Clarion Golden Eagles.
