On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former North Marion High School standout Jacob Phillips’ current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at J. I. Clements Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6:30 p.m. at J. I. Clements Stadium against South Florida Bulls.
