On April 4, 2025, Rep. Cammack highlighted joining fellow lawmakers “Rep. Jimmy Panetta, Sen. Joni Ernst, and Senator Slotkin in a letter to Interior Sec. Burgum” addressing the importance of including potash and phosphate on the U.S. Critical Minerals List. She emphasized that these minerals are vital resources upon which American producers depend to sustain the nation’s food supply chain.

Later on the same day, Cammack expressed her collaboration with Sen. Joni Ernst by stating she was “Glad to join Sen. Joni Ernst on this important letter” showcasing her ongoing partnership in legislative advocacy.
