On Wednesday, March 5, former North Marion High School standout Jacob Phillips’ current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 13-11 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville Dolphins.
The game took place at John Sessions Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Dolphins this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. at J. I. Clements Stadium against Brown Bears.
