North Marion High School standout Jacob Phillips’ college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Tuesday, April 8

On Tuesday, April 8, former North Marion High School standout Jacob Phillips’ current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville Dolphins.

The game took place at J. I. Clements Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Dolphins this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 6 p.m. at OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field against Mercer Bears.
