On May 16, 2025, the office announced an event: “Our Service Academy Day is tomorrow, May 17th, from 9am-12pm at Buchholz High School in Gainesville! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.” This announcement invited constituents to participate in the Service Academy Day event aimed at providing information about service academies.
Later that day, another tweet celebrated local educational achievements: “#TeamKat proudly joined Riveroak Technical College’s graduation ceremony at Suwannee High this week! The team presented congratulatory letters to all of the graduates and wished them the best on their next chapters. Congrats, Class of 2025!” The post highlighted Team Kat’s involvement in supporting graduates as they transition into new phases of their lives.
In a subsequent post on May 16, Rep. Cammack’s office reflected on National Police Week activities: “During National Police Week in #FL03, Team Kat honored our fallen law enforcement officers at the Marion County Fallen Officer Memorial. Kat Cammack has served as a U.S. Congress member representing Florida’s 3rd District since replacing Ted Yoho in 2021. Born in Denver, Colorado in 1988, she now resides in Gainesville and holds a BA from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
