City of Ocala issued the following announcement on November 10.
2022 Tuscawilla Art Park Series Releases Lineup and Dates
The City of Ocala presents the Tuscawilla Art Park Series at the Tuscawilla Art Park, 213 NE Fifth St., on select dates January to March 2022.
2022 Tuscawilla Spring Art Park Series
- Friday, Jan. 21, 6 to 9 p.m. – Bluegrass and BBQ
- Enjoy live musical performances by Grammy nominated bluegrass musicians The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys with Applebutter Express as well as local artisans, a cash bar, and food from Big Lee’s Serious About BBQ and the Smoked Biscuit Company food trucks.
- Tickets are $7 online/$10 gate
- A limited VIP Pickin’ Package is $60 and includes four admissions, four beverages (choice of bottled water, soda, or beer), and a designated comfy four-person ottoman in front of the stage.
- Saturday, Feb. 19, 9 to 11 a.m. – Beginning of Bolted Art (BOBA) Brunch
- Enjoy music, brunch, and mimosas on the beautiful platform of Ocala Union Station.
- An artist panel will discuss various topics about creating community art.
- Admission: $25 online /$30 door.
- $5 of every ticket will benefit the Magnolia Art Xchange Artist Residency Program.
- Saturday, Feb. 19, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Sculpture Stroll Celebration
- Celebrate the installation of 10 new sculptures at Tuscawilla Art Park.
- Enjoy sculpture tours, live music, live performances, food trucks and art activity booths.
- Complimentary admission
- Friday, March 26, 6 to 9:30 p.m. – Frida After Dark
- Come enjoy the movie musical Dreamgirls at the Tuscawilla Art Park.
- Food trucks and concessions will be available for purchase.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket.
