Marion County Sheriff's Office recently issued the following announcement.
We need your help locating 42-year-old Joshua Floyd Weaver. Weaver has an active warrant for his arrest for Retail Petit Theft and an outstanding Writ of Bodily Attachment for Nonpayment of Child Support.
In addition, Weaver is wanted for questioning in an ongoing death investigation. On Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at approximately 7:20 p.m., deputies responded to the 3000 block of NE 63rd Street, where they located a woman deceased inside of a vehicle. Major Crimes detectives are investigating the cause and manner of her death. At this time, it is believed that Weaver has information about this woman’s death and detectives would like to speak with him.
