UPDATE: Bluegrass and BBQ Moves to Alternate Location

Musicfestival

City of Ocala issued the following announcement on January 21.

UPDATE: Bluegrass and BBQ Moves to Alternate Location

Due to potential inclement weather, the Bluegrass and BBQ event will move indoors to the E.D. Croskey Center, 1510 NW Fourth St., Jan. 21, 6 to 9 p.m.

The event kicks off the Tuscawilla Art Park Series and features live musical performances by Grammy-nominated, bluegrass musicians The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys and Florida-born band, Applebutter Express. Food will be available to purchase from local food truck favorites, Big Lee’s Serious About BBQ, The Smoked Biscuit Company, and the Ice Queen. Due to the limitation of the venue, alcoholic beverages will not be available for purchase; sodas, water, and hot chocolate beverages will be available for purchase. In addition, the event will feature artisan vendors. General Admission tickets are $7 online and $10 at the gate, as capacity allows.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and frequently sanitize their hands.  Measures are in place for safely distanced seating; guests are welcome to bring their own chairs.

For more information, contact the City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division at artinfo@ocalafl.org or 352-629- 8447.
