AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA; ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING LARGE-SCALE MAP AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE MARION COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
2022-L01, GOLDEN OCALA EQUESTRIAN LAND, LLC.

FROM RURAL TO WORLD EQUESTRIAN CENTER
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR APPEALS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE MARION COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS proposes to change the land use designation on the future land use map within the Marion County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element as shown in this advertisement.
A public hearing conducted by the Marion County Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on February 7, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at the McPherson Governmental Campus Auditorium, 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida, to consider the listed Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan land use designation on the future land use map Amendment 2022-L01.
A transmittal public hearing conducted by the Marion County Board of County Commissioners will be held on March 1 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the McPherson Governmental Campus Auditorium, 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida, to consider the listed Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan land use designation on the future land use map Amendment 2022-L01.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS may appear at this public hearing and be heard regarding the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.
