The Marion County Solid Waste Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide experience and/or qualification data from consultants to provide professional services for development of masterplans, studies and/or implementation of recommendations to address the following: General engineering in connection with environmental services and solid waste management and resource recovery facilities, and the planning, siting, surveying, soil sampling, soil testing , leachate, stormwater management, groundwater monitoring wells, ground water sampling, contamination assessment planning and remediation, preliminary and final design, plans, and specifications, contract documents, FDER and other approving agencies permitting, hydrology, environmental permitting, water quality testing, wetlands survey, and general civil engineering matters related thereto. It is intended that the services provided will relate to existing, new and/or expanding solid waste management and resource recovery facilities owned and/or operated by the County.
