There was a single gas station in cities across Marion County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.09 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 5, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of diesel in cities within Marion County was $3.36 per gallon.
Of the 196 reported gas stations in cities within Marion County, 58 offer diesel.
The average reported price of diesel in Florida was $3.37, compared to $3.40 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
